Conductive Keratoplasty (CK)

CK is a vision correction procedure that uses radio frequency (RF) energy to reshape the contour of your eye, thereby changing the way your cornea (the clear front surface of the eye) directs light to the rest of your eye. CK is a safe, minimally invasive procedure that involves no cutting of your cornea, no tissue removal and no laser. While CK has FDA approval for treatment of mild hyperopia, it has evolved more into an excellent treatment for presbyopic patients who simply wear half-eye readers and have otherwise excellent distance vision. It's an exciting advancement in vision correction that offers advantages such as:

• Speedy Recovery - most patients see well and return back to work within 2 days
• Convenience and Comfort - the procedure is performed in office
• Fast Treatment - procedures generally last between three to five minutes
• Safe - the only FDA approved technology used to improve near vision in people over 45
